Her expertise in software architecture and design as a computer consultant for the last 12 years along with her insatiable need to experience and traverse remote areas of the world has led her into the world of Internet publishing. Her computer research and development experience and her professional business relationships have provided her with the strong technical background needed to manage and understand the needs of an Internet site. Her world travels have connected her with a myriad of individuals and organizations that have become a substantial core of the content of OneWorld Magazine. Her academic background includes degrees in Computer Science and Filmmaking. OneWorld Magazine as well as the development of Internet related software are part of Laura’s current activities.

His film projects so far this year include a three part series on the mountains of Africa for the Discovery Channel, "Africa High & Wild", and a one hour special in North Western Australia for National Geographic Explorer, "The Human Race." Many of the films he has photographed have won multiple awards, such as BASE Climb, a documentary about BASE jumping, which has won over 30 international film awards since 1993. Wade's writings and photographs have been published in magazines ranging from outdoor specialist magazines to current event ones such as TIME magazine. OneWorld Magazine is Wade's Internet venue to publish both his photographs and the accounts of his world adventures.
Peter Staats
Photographer
Photography fills my need to create. To
examine a scene or look at an object through a viewfinder focuses all my
attention on just those patterns and textures. Controlling perspective,
manipulating optics and filtering the incoming image, increases the
chance of creating a visual solution that has "pop", that has meaning,
that illustates a point. This is what motivates me to try more, more
often.
